Belated Tuesday Drawing

Sometimes ya just gotta render something. I think I was inspired by Tom's posts!! (and also Rick's graphic behind the character trick)

Wonderful!

Very much like the way you've made the brow bandage become... well a eye brow I guess. The "drapery revealing the form underneath" as Glen Vilppu would say. Great presence too.

And yes, the render (and blender) of this non-gender life offender is a worthy contender for splendor!

Hey Jeff, I clicked on this to show our new hire, Alex Topete. He said, "isn't that fun." I agreed. Very fun. You came up in conversation about Disney and old timers. I'd make this rhyme but i want a quick read.

Nice one skrib... Shoop called me today to give some congrats on DDO's launch (I didn't have anything to do with it, but it was nice of him to wish Turbine well). He said you he saw you last week. I guess "the company" is one big happy family these days!

Damn! I miss you guys! Comic Con is looking more and more solid, so I'm hoping to see everyone there!

Stone walls and mysterious masked figures: two of my favorite things!

Alex works in the cube directly adjacent to me. He fits right in. He has brought a wealth of cool model sheets and copies of animation cycles. He gets along very well for a guy that has only been in the place a week. There's a chance Scott Benefiel may get hired. The guy that directs art asked for level concept artists and I laid Scott's reel on him. And of course my solid gold recommendation. I don't know what I'm thinking though. Dok remembers the torments Scott routinely put me through at Leland Corp. Using my street clothes ( left behind to go on my run) to make a hideous and distorted scarecrow flapping above my cube. Oh well, maybe they won't hire him. I also added with my recommendation that he can be trouble.

Speaking of Scott, what's up with him these days? I see him on the list of contibutors to this blog, but I have yet to see him show up.
