Why not rag on Man of Steel?

Got nothing else to contribute.

Aw drats. I just noticed that Gorham posted this on Facebook already.

Edit by SurlyBird: I'll add this new photo of Jared Leto as the Suicide Squad's Joker just to spice things up. Does DC/Warner Bros. not want me to see their movies? Not a fan of any of their movie offerings from the past decade. Boring, dreary, ugly and just bleh. I'll pass, yet again.

No a friend posted it. Color or not....it's still a shitty movie

But the brighter adjustments is a 100 fold improvement.

Yeah, the brighter, more colorful Supes is a clear improvement.

Oh, and you can go to FB for my Joker opinions. Basically I think the Joker is boring and we don't need any more movies with the Joker in it.

I was hoping Amy Adams was going to play Lois Lane like she acted in Night at the Museum II (which is on TV now) and Miss Petigrew's Night Out (?), over the top with a 1930s vibe. But nooooo.

I am not opposed to different Jokers. So far everyone who has done it has show an equally original and creepy take on the character. Have no attachment to Suicide Squad, however.

I do like the color enhancement, but the color was the least of the movies problems. Still, with all I could name that was wrong with the movie, I ended up watching it a second time at home on HBO and enjoying it more with lowered expectations.

Poverty may have something to do with it. But I have not been keeping up with the superhero movies. Haven't seen a Superman since that one where Lex Luthor was played by Spacey. Saw no Batman past the jagged mouth Joker. No Green Arrow, no Flash, No Daredevil ( I'm wavering on that) I couldn't watch the latest Star Trek. Tried. It was free but so bad I couldn't get started. Big Hero 6 was good.

Just watched the trailer to Batman vs Superman. It would take a raving swell of positive word of mouth to get me to see that.

Watched the heck out of the Avengers previews. I'll see it for the Hulk scenes. Just not in the theatre. The only movie definitely getting a ticket buy from me is FURY ROAD. Can't wait for that.

Maybe it's CGI. Maybe it is the post sweetening of color or lack of it. I just want a good story with some surprises and something that doesn't worm too much liberal propaganda into the script.

Ben I just want to say I miss you. Same for you, James Maurice.

That is all.
