When Drawings Collide

I had 2 different drawings close to each other on the same page and I decided to combine them with strange results...

A very successful experiment. I feel the strangeness of this drawing very well. It's got a mystery about it because I'm not sure if it's an alien creature or just a very odd human being. As much as I'm a fan of all this straight-up sci-fi-fantasy art stuff, it's nice sometimes to see something different.

Thanks!

BTW, if anyone out there knows of a pixel pusher in the Bay Area who is looking for work, please send them my way! I have an artist position to fill!

they can send their resume and website to hrart@centerscore.com

Thanks!

Very Quatto feeling from Total Recall. Brush pen???

Yes, he gives me that impression, too. And yes, this was made with my trusty brush pen. The nib is very old but it's still got some action in it.

There is a japanese stationary store in San Jose with quite an assortment of brush pens at great prices... when I've got some $$ I'm going to pick up a variety, I think.

I see it now. A Saurian head with a little inoffensive whoville knob head on top.
