Ok I'm a hypocrite here, I can admit when I'm wrong

After all the BS I made over Manga Studio, I reviewed it and watched the vids etc. I decided to try it out, and to my unwavering surprise.....I liked it. Attached is my first dabbling with it using one of my girls from my sketchbook. I can see where this can come in handy with what I want to do.

Nice work! Welcome to the Dark Side. I need to share one of my more recent pages... I'm up to page 14 (Page 17 is the half way point!) in the comic and I feel like I'm finally hitting my stride.... more variety in line wieght and getting more bold with dark and light areas. There's nothing like doing a lot of inking to improve your inking.

Manga Studio is a great little tool. You'll know more about how to use it than anyone here.
Make yourself a youtube playlist of all of this guy's tutorials for quick learning

Well, I guess my average lately has been a page every couple of nights, so hopefully I'll be done in mid-january. I still need to figure out the cover and a logo, though. I might get a few extra pages out over the holiday break... or there may be too much going on in the house and I won't get much of anything done. We'll see.
