Mostly sketches. Occasionally a painting. Nothing political other than caricatures reinforcing the truism "Politics is Show Business for Ugly People".
Cool Ronnie. I shared it on Facebook. Suicidal discussions were interesting. Why do guys think up painful ways to suicide. Women have got it figured out. Take some good dope.
Also sobering to realize, here's a guy with money problems. A good warning for anyone interested inb art as a way to make a living. Nobody has more ability than Rude. That isn't a given that it translates to money success
Hmm... to be honest it seems rather self-indulgent. He's a talented guy, but I'm not sure his story is that interesting. I know that I'm pretty tired of the "you have to suffer to be a great artist" narrative. I know some pretty talented folks who are actually pretty happy, too.
I tried to read Nexus. Attracted by the great art. It was like someone was just riffing on an unending series of in jokes. Jokes that I didn't get. He had enough success to make himself into a one man band for a time and that was probably a bad thing for him long term.
