Going to draw some Kong

Never really tried to draw Kong. I've let myself be bugged by other people drawing gorillas as Kong. I'll see if I ca do a satisfying bit of figure invention for Kong. Skull Island, the early year stuff.

Coming very soon.
A createspace sketchbook.
94 pages.

Sounds like a fun project. Everybody loves gorillas; everybody loves to draw gorillas.
Children's book illustrator Anthony Browne did a great illustrated book version for kids. It's loaded with great watercolor drawings and I love his style.

Those are great Tom. Thanks for sharing them. Every thing about the log scene is there.

I also downloaded the armature for Kong. That's a great visual tool. Pure proportion thinking. I've doe a couple of very rough doodles. Easy to do him right. I'll share later in the week. Company coming tomorrow and I'll have to play host for a bit.

Just doodles now. More to come. Maybe take some time on a spider pit visualization with Kong.

I've sent for proofs. Should have it on Amazon in 4 to 5 days from Monday 5-30-16. I hope I like the proof.

Just got word that the two proofs have shipped. Isn't that amazing. Order a proof on a 96 page book at night and have it shipped the next morning.
