Taking an Oil Painting Class

Started an oil painting class today. Messy but fruitful. It's been a very long time since I dabbled in oils. Hoping for some progress in the next 6 weeks

It will help your digital to get better at traditional.
Hope you take to it.

Cool! Sounds like fun!
BTW Jim, I tagged you on FB in a friend's post about a prospective 2D artist/Animator opportunity in Las Vegas. I figure you aren't too interested in moving, but I thought you might want to take a look at it anyway.

Jon Grande (which now that I think about it, Jon's name could have been one used for one of the aliens in Buckaroo Bonsai) is a guy who worked at PopCap while I was there. I don't know him that well but we are friends on FB and he posted this position there. Jon's a pretty nice guy, as far as I can tell.
