This fellow isn't finished, but I'm having fun with the volume. This time I think I'm channeling Jay Leno crossed with Ted Kennedy ... eek!

Nice job. I like spot draftsmanship emerging out of gesturey roughs.
I say don't touch it! It's finished now. The contrast between the sketchy hair and upper part of the face contrasts beautifully with the more rendered mouth area. If you finished the whole thing with equal attention on all parts it will lose some poetic quality it has now.
