Wacom Tablet Anti-Grav Arm
This is how I'd probably want to set up. But notice that although the appeal of this is freedom of use, that corner is starting to touch the arm. That would be annoying.
But this guy has a doodler-cartoonist's posture figured out.

Dunno! But I love that arrangement for using a Cintiq. Its similar to what I have, but the chair rotates back more. Finding an armature that can support a 20lb monitor for a reasonable price is a key element.
I think Stan Lee talked like that for awhile. Then Kirby put his cigar out on his forehead.
