I didn't finish this guy in time for the Modok March Madness, but I still thought I would share him. Anyone else got a Modok drawing to share?

No, I meant who this specific caricature might be . But now I get that he is a universal "Dork"
I'll read all about him on Wiki too. I just know what he looks like, not his backstory
