Is that a star fish to the left? The others I get, but how do you fit a cape on a star fish ...?
I'm baffled by the starfish anyway. The rest of them are SuperPets. I don't remember a super pet starfish.
Isn't the starfish Starro or something? Tom M... are you there to clarify?
It's Chameleon Boy's pet, Proty (or Proty II).
4 are superboy pets right? I know Krypto. I don't remeber a monkey. I'mm going to look them up

Proty was Chameleon Boy's pet. He "acquired" Proty after the Legion of Super Heroes helped rescue some rare zoo creatures from villains. Chameleon Boy was so fascinated by Proty's shape-shifting ability that he decided to keep him!
