I wish I could help make syfy channel bad movies.
The worse part of that one was a cowboy shooting 2 45s gangster style.
Is this Frazetta? I can't see any real reason to not believe it's Harold Foster. Some of the calligraphy is maybe closer to Frazetta.
I think it must be mislabeled. I don't see any references on the internet that Frazetta ever did Prince Valiant, though he did admire Foster's Tarzan work in particular.
I look forward to loads of horsy drawings!
