Enjoyed OAFcon.
Met Bart Bush as I went in.
Shook hands with him and said "Jim Gorham says hi. Remember him?"
He replied with a long sigh.
Made some money.
Sold the biggest amount to a guy that has commissioned me in the past.
I did a lot of index card sketching.
Sold a few of them for a buck.
Here are the links to the ones I brought home and scanned.

Friend from the OCC group has prints.
He needed a Blackwing pencil.
I took a print in trade.

Sounds like Bart. LOL
It probably looks like I've gained a couple of pounds. Part of the graduation ceremony in the Strongmen of America Club I belong too involves taking a cannonball to the gut from a spring loaded cannon. I'm still a little swollen.
Looks like fun, Ellis! It would be so cool to share a con table with you!
I want to see a drawing of you taking a cannon ball to the gut.
I like this photo of you... you look happy and healthy!
Rick. I'm trying for upbeat. It's tough. A good start on this coming week would be getting that Gov contractor job.
Saturday I do some "free" sketching at a comic book store . With store credit making it not free.
Had fun last time.
Nov 1. I wonder if they'll still be in Halloween mode.
Thinking of some follow through on doing more horror- tales of mystery- type of comics. Weirdness is my genre.
SORT (No Man's Land)-Check this out. Unique looking short. I did a bit of research. Rendered to look like it might be stop motion. Good story.
Elz, love the OafCon report! And I dunno what all this nonsense is about a growing gut--when I saw this pic I seriously thought it was from 10 years ago. You look healthy and happy--I write that phrase and then see R. Schmitz has used exactly the same phrase--oof!. Whatever--it warms my heart!
We are keeping fingers crossed on the new job.
Elz, that short you linked...
...hmmm. Creepy. But the stop motion thing wasn't quite working for me...
...ditto the Deutsch.
