A drawing.
I haven't posted one of those drawing things in a while. I've actually been drawing a fair amount lately, it's just never been convenient to share anything until now.
Lap scan? What is that? Ha! Now I see that those blue shapes in the background are Rick's legs in jeans. You ARE scanning it while it sits in your lap. I wondered about the greenish tint on the picture.
It's just a photo... no scan at all. I do have a scanning app that does a cleaner job and allows you to crop, but I just wanted to post an fresh image. I did this in the car while waiting for the kids to get out of Tae Kwon Do.
I've had a bit of time to sketch here and there (and at TAG) and I've been doing a lot of drawing at work as well.
When I read "I did this in the car..." I pictured you barreling down the freeway at 70mph one hand on the wheel, taking a picture of your drawing in your lap with the other hand. Love the thought of you doing something so irresponsible. Don't know why.

I like this one a lot. Has a very loose amount of lost line not present in the digital work.
Nice lap scan. They will completely replace bed scanners if they get much better.
