Link to a good place for mail order art brushes.
Went strolling around downtown OKC yesterday.
Where I learned about the nice pens.
The sketchbook contained my GunNose sketches for Tom Carroll.
Done on nice vellum.
Wish I had some money.
May get some money.
Got a bite from a guy that may be interested in storyboards and animatics.

Astronaut with six-shooter and cowboy boots - Space Cowboy?
How many people are getting together for your Thanksgiving? Fourteen people at our house this year. I just finished making the garlic mashed potatoes.
Not sure about the final count. 3 immediate family.
My brother's daughter may fill the house up with kids later.
Russ is the cook. We had some lexan-like cookware crack and make a big mess with the gravy.
Looking forward to some turkey.
I'm full. Got to eat with just Mom and brother. But the kids are on the way. They can have seconds here.
We won't be eating for another three hours or so. Oklahoma time-zone advantage.
So you bought a Trilby too
Glad you gave me a name for the hat. I saw it falsely named fedora elsewhere. Looked it up on wiki. Interesting history.
It's the Rex Harrison hat
and Sinatra and Connery (Bond)
Looking good, Ellis. I sport one of those during the spring/summer months. It's straw and doesn't keep the rain out so good.
We went to a friends house for Thanksgiving... about 15 people total. Sue made cranberry sauce, bourbon pecan pie, sweet potatoes with banana topped with a brown sugar crust and Brussels sprouts with chestnuts and bacon. All of it awesome. Tommy took his new stand up bass and played along with a guitar, piano and singing. A very nice evening was had.
Oh, and cool drawing... I like the space cowboy theme.
Also, Jet Pens is where I order my brush pens. I particularly like these:

There is a "Hard" version of this pen too, but I like the soft because you can get a lot more variety of line weight.
Hey... who took that picture of you?
It's a selfie. I have a special prosthetic that makes them appear more natural.
Actually an artist that started the Facebook group Okla Comic Creators. Scott Sackett. He would have been in TAG if he was in SD. He is always publishing in indy comics and is trying to get Marvel interested in him. I'm pushing him here and there about what will help him get there. I'm illustrating "gesture" in his book. It being more important than anatomy to build an appealing figure.
He works for a Trophy making company that does pretty big business. I was maybe going to be hired there but instead the company had a violent spasm of lay offs. No job there.
I just applied for a state job. Very generic clerk job.
In about 20 minutes I'm going to do a walk in application to Thrifty/Budget for a shuttler job ( since those bastards at Avis won't re-hire me)
And I'll be following up on a local company in "FILM-ROW" downtown OKC, that may be interested in generating animatics to sell clients for the kind of commercials they shoot. With the RED video cameras.
Mixing it up.
Have Manga Studio projects that need doing as well. I'll be 3 days behind on my Lion Killer daily if I don't catch up today.
I better get off the internet.
Need to see FROZEN as well don't I?
Don't we? Saw a review that said it was the best Disney Princess musical yet.
Thanks for the brush pen data too.
