So at long last I'll make Curse Of The Lion Killer into a kind of ongoing Inktober. A panel a day. I already have the Tumblr set up for it.
Start tomorrow.
Well, the proportion, template set up was done with the thing above.
Need to look at the script to start.
Going to be very spontaneous and direct.
Cheating every inch of the way. If I can't draw something, I'll cheat it somehow. Move on.

Cheat? Ellis, there's nothing you can't draw.
Proceeding with the plan. Even if Tumblr does throw up some roadblocks.
like not uploading anything larger than 10 meg. This exported at 10.5 so it gave me an error.
And I hoped they had fixed this glitch. Click on the icon for settings, the gear, and it logs me out. Grrr. And then the second time it might let you get at the settings.
A glitchey package is Tumblr.
No big deal. The story and art getting done are the main thing.
Thanks Tom. I can draw anything. Good to remember.
I'll start promoting this after the first werelion encounter.
My title looks a bit like cheezy theatrical releases that came from TV production companies. That's done knowingly. Or lazily, just like the movies.
LOVE IT.
So cool the way you're doing this. (been incommunicado while helping my brother get married--wedding was a success, and my best man speech went off OK.)
Lion Killers = very exciting!
These are so neat.... I want MOAR.
More + roar = MOAR.
Here's some awesome lion reference for you, Ellis. Keep going!
GoPro Lions
Thanks guys. Better knock off my panel for the day. Using Manga Studio. Just going up a layer per panel. I always want the lion ref. That sleeping lion came straight off my first google hit on Lions Napping. But I need to start pushing a little style as I go.
Hey Marty. Congrats on marrying off your brother. Glad the speech went well. I'm sure that's tense.
The last panel looks totally different in Manga Studio.
Well, better anyway.
I'll have to watch the tones being too close together.
Very blah.
There's also tones that didn't show up. Background jungle foliage that would have added interest to the composition.
I'll see about getting a better export tomorrow.
Wow! Great cats, man!
Thanks Marty. Gotta pull up on the stick if I want this to look the least bit ambitious. Need a little more pre-viz before the daily chore. Have a got to folder for ref etc.
