Mostly sketches. Occasionally a painting. Nothing political other than caricatures reinforcing the truism "Politics is Show Business for Ugly People".

I heard Doug and some of his old colleagues were making a new game. I look forward to it. Directing a team of video games artists is where Doug is the strongest.
Doug steps aside. He's given some direction, story and a couple of design notions. Character designs of course.
Mike and Ed will really be running the show. It's a Pencil Test production.
Looks great! While my first reaction to the amount they are shooting for was "Gee, that seems kind of high," I'm sure it's actually extremely conservative given equipment costs and other overhead unique to stop-motion and game development, in general. Honestly, I think it's kind of awesome that they didn't skirt the costs or try to low-ball it to some unreasonable number. They've got a great start and I'd love to play their game.
Unstated, this is actually less than they hope it tallies.
They don't really get much of a payday for the base budget.
I figured as much. I hang in a lot of indie-dev circles these days and I think folks new to the dev world are always shocked when they realize how fast you will burn through money even if you are super-frugal and have a really small team. Noticed that Mike and Ed have already sunk $100K of their own funds into this already. Really hope they get this baby funded and can make their game - hopefully with some kind of profit at the end.
