So a very brief ad has aired during the playoffs (and I think during the first Series game) that appears to be linked to 1-18-08/Cloverfield/Slusho thing. It is a human face that sort of morphs into some kind of machine face and then it shows the all important date. I think there was some sort of tag line as well, but I don't recall what it is. What does it mean? I dunno...
Has anyone else seen this ad?

I figured it would be on youtube but couldn't dig it out with any search criteia. The majority on youtube seem to anticipate Godzilla with a very special POV exercise.
I'm watching Yongary right now which is a Korean take on Godzilla. The table top models are way fakier than the Toho work.
It would be cool if they do a state of the art Godzilla with all sorts of jiggle hand held cam but they use a man in the suit for the monster.
There's a little bit of that in Godzilla 2000. some of the compositing is crappy, but there are a couple of shots that are very nice looking.
I did the YouTube search, too, and came up empty... that's why I was wondering if anyone else has caught the ad.
Aw I missed it. Somebody will post it on YouTube.
It's a teaser ad for the new TV series based on the Terminator called "The Sarah Conner Chronicles" or something. I think Summer Glau of Firefly is in it.
Ah! Totally unrelated!
My bad. Sorry to have disturbed you.
So how's the job going, Scotty?
