I like this even more than yr other ones. Why? The eye--suddenly there's an intelligence in there, an emotion...they're thinking. Even tho' this eye is less "realistic" than yr usual, fascinating to see how it reads as more "alive" and therefore engaging!
Also, the texture is very nice, the balance between ground, texture, and yr darkest darks is very satisfying. Looks very tactile...
...tho' I'm sure this was all done on a computer screen! Ah, the irony...yr hand drawn stuff tends toward the very clean, so it takes a computer to "dirty it up"!
