This is something that Brad, Tom and I all tinkered with. I don't want to discuss it without Tom's approval.
I also wanted to say that I've started posting on my old blog as well. I don't know how much I will be able to keep up with it, but it was fun updating the site, if nothing else.
Okay, so the idea here is that the tall guy is the teenaged son of the short little vampire. His father is an imagrant and doesn't understand the modern, western way of life.
There's lots more to the story, but that's what I remember about these 2 characters. Brad did a ton of great designs for this project... it was much more Tom and Brad's thing than mine... it was a great idea and I've seen a couple of things sort of like it on Nick and CN, so I guess we had pegged the sort of thing they were looking for... we were just a little late. :)
The best part was just getting through the door and doing the pitches! That was such a blast! Oh, and having lunch with Jeff was fun, too.
Lunch with Jeff was the highlight. That and almost missing our afternoon appointment at Nickelodeon because we shopped at a comic book store and at at a Starbucks ... And at Nick we had a TenNapel sighting! ;-)
We were late for Nick because we spent so much time at CN. They gave us a ton of attention and info. They were fantastic... it's clear that they know that their bread and butter is the creative talent that they attract.

I've never seen this before. It must be some pitch you made with Tom? Let us in on the whole story!
