That was WAY disturbing and very confusing (or did I miss something?) At least mine has pretty colors.
This is a dead ringer for the wheelchair bound mutant in the remake The Hills Have Eyes. I wonder if it's the same outfit. I looked up Rubber Johnny. English Slang for condom.

I've seen a compilation of the Director's video work. Some incredible stuff for the Aphex group. A great SciFi Channel spot with a girl with impossibly wide spaced eyes talking in a kind of Gaelic on the moon sound. And the Bjork video where she's a sexey white robot.
