  2. How many chin-ups in one shot? Not sure. I'll have to test myself. But I do have this timed pull-up routine I do occasionally when I'm in a hurry and want a short workout. I do 20 sets of pull-ups resting two minutes in between sets.
    Last time I did:
    15,15,15,
    10,10,10,
    10,10,10,
    10,10,10,
    10,10,10,
    10,10,10,
    10,10
    for a total of 215 in 38 minutes.
    Not as good as 30 years ago but not bad - Smiley Face.

  4. Lord. I do 9 with lots of kipping action. 18 total at the two stations on my mile and a half jog. Pretty much my only exercise. And a little stretching. I should get deep into yoga. Get some flexibility back.
