Your next question. Why would I want that? I can't answer that question for you. I wanted it. That's my reasoning.
Tom Moon. Did you know that the year and month we were born, the HUGO awards were also born.
A lot of great minds, boozing it up waiting for us. The huge auction house pic of this photo is how I discovered the HUGO factoid.
Fun to look at the big detailed auction house version.
Forry Ackerman is awarded a HUGO for #1 Fan at this convention. He also makes news by being there with 2 clones. Which is the real Ackerman. The one on the bottom is a known Ackerman from a book signing that same year, 1953.

One thing that photo proves. That through the ages, nerds go stag.
The HUGO awards were born as a tradition of the scifi Worldcon on our birthday. There had been two award ceremonies in the 8 years prior.
The guy in front of the second photo of possible Ackerman looks like an unholy blending of Krayonzilla and Alfalfa.
Nerds go Stag should be a movie title.
Or at least a comic strip.
"Why would I want (the Flying Saucer movie poster)" you ask?
Two words:
FRANK GORSHIN.
Frank Gorshin as a teenager. Probably never looked like a Teen Ager in his entire life. Hit puberty and looked like he belonged in the Rat Pack.
