What's cool, besides your great sketch, is the news that Blogspot lets you directly upload animating gifs. It didn't accept those in the past. I did this with photoshop using layer comps to produce sequence jpgs.
I expect the occasional animation now that we can do this bit of extra.

Love how the bird flies in, then gets blown back offscreen by the wind.
