Cool IE plug in

Click the headline for a nifty IE plug in... once it's in do a google image search on any topic, then mouse over any of the images and click on the arrow. It will bring up a terrific new interface that is a WAY better way to view images from Google... it also works for Flickr, Yahoo and others.
