I haven't seen this since the olden days!! I don't think they run it anymore. That darn Elmo takes up all the valuable airtime!!!

Yeah, the Filmation Superman stories were pretty good, at least that's how my 3rd grade heart rememebers.
I suspect that Seasame Street has lost the legal ability to show the Superman character. Probably will never see the adventures of "Spidey" that they used to do on the Electric Company either.
I don't think they have to worry about running the Spidey episodes on The Electric Company because it's been cancelled for a while. I do believe that they are on the reissued DVD compilation though
Well of course EC isn't around anymore... I have 3 kids, I outta know that!
I'm just saying that should there be a DVD collection there may be some legal issues there, depending on how the original contract was written.
I know the rights to the Fleisher Superman cartoons has bounced around a lot... copyright law is so weird!
I found the old Fleisher Superman episodes at Target in the dollar section! No joke! I think I had to buy three. They're just straight to dvd transfers. No extras or anything. It looks like someone just downloaded them from the internet and burned them. You get what you pay for.
