request

I don't seem to have access to the links section of the blog... I thought that might be a good place for any TAG person to put a link to their own site... such as Skribbl's Lego site. Also, our good friend Marty has a blog that we could post there: http://www.eurochino.blogspot.com/ , and of course my own site... www.rickschmitz.com

Hey Rick! Glad you could make it! I'll put you down as an admin so you can edit links at your leisure. I'll try to figure out the link sidebar and add yours and Marty's. *giddily claps wrists together in a Pee Wee fashion*

Well done! Have you had a chance to look over Marty's site? Who knew he was such a good writer?

Thanks... now that I have the power, I've added a couple more sites of TAGers I know of. I tried Joe Chiodo's site, but it doesn't seem to be working these days. I haven't heard from Joe since Comic Con the year before this one. How about you guys?

Oh Yay!
You guys have my old abandoned AOL link here. My current one, though in dire need of a rehaul since my sister called it "a country kitchen look" is at http://www.mauriejmanning.com. I also have two blogs. My personal blog: http://www.thedigitalpencil.blogspot.com/ and one I started for my kids author/illustrator group: http://www.bookartists.blogspot.com

So, Yay Jeff! Let the Tagging resume!

Okay, I fixed your website, but with Tommy in my lap, the other sites will have to wait till later tonight.

Question mjm... the author/illustrator blog just has a bunch of books... where's the discussion?

Skribbl said...

Yeah I checked it out and it looks like a bunch of scans of the covers. Does anybody leave comments??? Maybe you have to be invited to view comments. Hmmm.

Okay, I've added the Ditital pencil blog, but I dont think I should add the other until we know how to get to the discussion part.

Happy New Year!

The discussion part of the BookArtists Blog is actually a children's book listserv. My friend Janie Bynum and I started it to get kids book authors and illustrators on the same page. The members are encouraged to put up reviews and comments on their new titles on the blog, but only a couple have done so. (You don't need to link to that one, I just wanted to show you what I'd been up to in 2005.) But thanks for putting up The Digital Pencil.

Why is comment moderation enabled on this blog? What does that do?
