That was a worthwhile discovery. Taking the roughest thumbnail and just slopping texture and shape around. I don't know where the finish will lead, but I like this enough that I don't care if I bomb finishing it.
WWZ! I missed that first time thru--glad you liked the flick. Some people hated it. I liked it OK for what it was...only, the CGI zombies felt just two-steps too superhuman, and the CG execution felt half-a-step short of believable....
But I'm kvetching too much. Some creepy scenes....and the little Israeli soldier girl was very cute!

ReplyDeleteWorld War Z was good Marty. Finally got around to seeing it. Netflix streaming so it was nearly free. Almost rented it a couple of times.
ReplyDeleteLove it! He looks damn sinister with those glowing eyes!
ReplyDeleteI am surprised you placed him so close to the ground...with that pose I'd imagined him leaping from a high balcony or somethin' ;-)
--and great textures, BTW. With the colors it makes for a very mysterious mood.
ReplyDeleteThanks Marty. Considering this is being done as reaction to your choice as best I may just change that ground plane.
ReplyDeleteFirst thing that has to be done is up rez it quite a bit. But I'll work low rez while I'm getting the composition and shapes right
