Color- not going well

Going to need some new color.

I'm fine with line and copic gray.

I've ruined myself with digital color.

 what's great about digital color. Why I was wild about it the first time I used it.
Flat color, as large as you wanted it to spread. Perfectly flat.
No watercolor blotchiness.

This will be the last I share of this project.
NDA sort of cautions.

Unknowable public reception

I revised the top art to look like the bottom art before I published it on Tumblr.

I guess that helped it get a strangely robust reaction.

To me, it's a drawing I barely saved from being a complete unappealing mess.

And it gets 50 'notes' and rts.

It must be the extra critter eyes in the black field.

Inktober this year will be nothing elaborate

I was going to skip inktober (because of upper deck) and instead decided they made good warm ups. My rule for this batch is don't waste time. Strictly doodle level for this year.
