Probably lit in certain ways, the eye color might show as occurring in a recess.MrGoodson2https://www.blogger.com/profile/02329640961760572269noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18751429.post-43791449011997329782013-03-15T09:49:55.635-07:002013-03-15T09:49:55.635-07:00Made a few tweaks. The shader allows for all kinds of customization to the eye - iris color, size, pupil dilation...etc. Of course, this shader is designed to give you super-stylized CG character eyes. I don't know how real you can get with sclera, veins, etc.

It's a silly-easy setup: Just drop the shader on some spheres, pick a target and animate the target. The eyes will follow. I probably spent about 10 minutes on this thing total.

Messiah has some really nice tools for easy character set-up and this is one of them.Surly Birdhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03577852160598674926noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18751429.post-52021644139096466122013-03-15T07:40:27.586-07:002013-03-15T07:40:27.586-07:00The left eye the moon crater effect is probably no...The left eye the moon crater effect is probably not desirable. I assume the eye color and pupil are in a recess and you've made something like a lens over them. The lens just part of the sphere. I'd say forget the lens and bring your eye color out to the out most shape of the sphere.

The eyes look alive with the shaderMrGoodson2https://www.blogger.com/profile/02329640961760572269noreply@blogger.com
