And Blender has some pretty great sculpting tools - and it's free!Surly Birdhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03577852160598674926noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18751429.post-2878497270539114122013-07-25T18:51:23.209-07:002013-07-25T18:51:23.209-07:00I wonder if my academic super store account would ...I wonder if my academic super store account would still work.
Nothing ventured nothing gained.MrGoodson2https://www.blogger.com/profile/02329640961760572269noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18751429.post-43325998005184010322013-07-25T08:38:03.559-07:002013-07-25T08:38:03.559-07:00Not sure I can be much help there, Ellis. You might want to give Sculptris a try, it's Pixologic's free sculpting application and I think a lot of the tech there ended up in Zbrush, specifically the Dynamesh functionality.

http://pixologic.com/zbrush/downloadcenter/

I have to say, for value, Zbrush is absolutely the best deal in software and easily worth every penny. I bought my seat about 10 years ago and they have been super generous with free updates for the endtire decade. Pretty amazing approach given how most companies want you to buy a yearly update and often don't offer much in the way of significant improvements or changes.Surly Birdhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03577852160598674926noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18751429.post-90790590996597193022013-07-25T08:25:43.082-07:002013-07-25T08:25:43.082-07:00my IMAC RonnieModel Name: iMac Model Identifier: ...my IMAC Ronnie

Model Name: iMac
Model Identifier: iMac8,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
Processor Speed: 2.4 GHz
Number Of Processors: 1
Total Number Of Cores: 2
L2 Cache: 6 MB
Memory: 1 GB
Bus Speed: 1.07 GHz
Boot ROM Version: IM81.00C1.B00
SMC Version: 1.29f1
MrGoodson2https://www.blogger.com/profile/02329640961760572269noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18751429.post-60402204257899956432013-07-24T14:16:45.300-07:002013-07-24T14:16:45.300-07:00What a cool shape!What a cool shape!Tom Moonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11624247648988106639noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18751429.post-27891288410442524552013-07-24T10:46:57.813-07:002013-07-24T10:46:57.813-07:00Neat!Neat!
Rickarthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05730754739317666560noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18751429.post-82311316330974791392013-07-24T10:26:06.467-07:002013-07-24T10:26:06.467-07:00Very Nice Ronnie.
