The people walking around in the Character costumes are in the film. Fair use, everyone in the park is entitled to shoot them with their cameras. Encouraged in fact.
I'm guessing when you buy a ticket for the Happiest Place on Earth there's some legalize on the ticket or somewhere that covers Disney for a situation like this. This can't be the first time someone attempted a guerilla production at one of their theme parks.
Does not deserve crushing. Clear case of fair use. Kind of thing that makes me want to be a lawyer.
ReplyDeleteThat's what i think. I want to see it. Looks like it's dark and probably a bummer.
ReplyDeleteIf they had the Characters inside, I doubt that it was fair use. You can't just put the actual characters inside the film.
ReplyDeleteDoes anybody know if the Disney characters do appear at all?
